Who We Are

The Experimental Economics Laboratory is a research team based at Griffith University, Australia. The team develops world-class research in the field of applied environmental economic theory and experimental economics. We also provide an excellent Ph.D. program in experimental, ecological, and resource economics.

What We Do

Experimental economics is an important and growing field in which the underlying principles of economics are explored under laboratory conditions. The aim of the research group is to evaluate the theory and application of economics to environmental and resource issues. These include market designs for water quantity and quality, ecosystem services, and air quality, as well as associated issues in risk and uncertainty, adverse selection and moral hazard.
